해병대 군수단, 軍 최초 ‘로봇 기반 금속 3D 프린터’로 단종·조달 힘든 부속 자체 제작한다.

에이엠솔루션즈는 지난 2월 19일 대한민국 해병대 군수단의 원활한 수리부속 조달, 단종 부품 제작 등 신속한 군수지원을 위해 컨테이너 이동형 금속 3D프린터를 납품하였습니다.
LW-DED는 금속 와이어를 레이저로 녹여가며 형상을 구현하는 기술입니다. Meltio 의 적층 헤드 기술을 활용하여 야전 운용성을 높이는 이동형 컨테이너 시스템을 제작하였습니다.
또한 KIST 한국과학기술연구원과 함께 개발한 'WXR 기반 원격 협업 솔루션'을 적용하여, VR기기를 통한 디지털 트윈의 스마트 공정 시스템을 제공하였습니다.

The Republic of Korea Marine Corps Logistics Group is now self-manufacturing discontinued and hard-to-procure parts using the military's first-ever robot-based metal 3D printer.
AM Solutions delivered a containerized mobile metal 3D printer to the Republic of Korea Marine Corps Logistics Group on February 19th, enabling the efficient procurement of repair parts, production of discontinued parts, and rapid logistical support.

LW-DED is a technology that forms metal structures by melting metal wire with a laser. By integrating Meltio's deposition head technology, we developed a mobile container system with enhanced field operability.
Additionally, in collaboration with KIST (Korea Institute of Science and Technology), we implemented a smart factory system with a digital twin, incorporating VR devices and the 'WXR-based remote collaboration solution.'
