이동형 적층 제조 장비 with Holonic 소개

with Holonic은 이동 및 설치가 간편한 컨테이너 안에 LW-DED 로봇 적층 제조 기술이 결합된 시스템입니다.
LW-DED는 금속 와이어를 레이저로 녹여가며 형상을 구현하는 기술이며, 해시태그Meltio 의 적층 헤드 기술을 활용하여 제작하였습니다.
해당 장비는 국방 산업에서의 부품보수, 단종부품 제작 등 정비 지원에 유용한 선택지 입니다.

2025년 2월 19일, with Holonic은 대한민국 해병대 군수단에 성공적으로 납품되었습니다. 첨단기술을 통해 안정적인 정비 지원을 가능케하여 기쁩니다.
또한 해시태그KIST 한국과학기술연구원과 함께 개발한 'WXR 기반 원격 협업 솔루션'을 적용하여, VR기기를 통해 디지털 트윈 환경에서 원격으로 지원이 가능합니다.

with Holonic is a system that combines LW-DED robotic additive manufacturing technology within a container that is easy to move and install.
LW-DED is a technology that creates shapes by melting metal wire with a laser, and it was manufactured using 해시태그Meltio's unique additive technology.
This equipment is a useful option for maintenance support in the defense industry, such as parts repair and discontinued parts production.

On February 19, 2025, with Holonic was successfully delivered to the Republic of Korea Marine Corps Logistics Group. We are pleased to enable stable maintenance support through advanced technology.
In addition, by applying the 'WXR-based remote collaboration solution' developed in collaboration with 해시태그KIST (Korea Institute of Science and Technology), remote support is possible in a digital twin environment through VR devices.
