‘2025 참좋은 중소기업·소상공인 대상 - 중소기업 옴부즈만 지역발전 분야 표창’ 수상

㈜에이엠솔루션즈 김대중 대표가 ‘2025 참좋은 중소기업·소상공인 대상’에서 중소기업 옴부즈만 지역발전 분야 표창을 수상했습니다.

이번 수상은 당사가 대전을 중심으로 지역 인재를 발굴하고 청년 일자리 창출에 기여해 온 점, 한밭대학교와의 산학협력을 통해 실무형 전문 인력을 양성하며 지역 제조 생태계를 강화한 점, 그리고 직원 복지 향상을 위한 다양한 정책을 도입해 온 노력이 인정받은 결과입니다.

또한 국방 분야에서 금속 3D프린팅 기술을 적용해 국가 방위 역량 강화에 기여했으며, 첨단뿌리산업협의회 활동과 지역 기관·기업과의 협업을 통해 대전의 제조 인프라 확장과 첨단 뿌리산업 발전을 주도해 왔습니다.

Recipient of the ‘2025 Excellence in SMEs & Microbusiness Awards – Regional Development Commendation from the SME Ombudsman’

CEO Kim Daejoong of AM Solutions has been honored with the Regional Development Commendation in the 2025 Excellence in SMEs & Microbusiness Awards.

This recognition reflects our company’s ongoing efforts to foster local talent in Daejeon, create youth employment opportunities, and strengthen the regional manufacturing ecosystem through practical training programs in collaboration with Hanbat National University. It also acknowledges our commitment to improving employee welfare by implementing various supportive workplace policies.

In addition, AM Solutions has contributed to national defense capabilities by applying metal 3D printing technology to defense-related manufacturing, while actively promoting the advancement of Daejeon’s manufacturing infrastructure and the growth of the advanced root industry through collaboration with the Advanced Root Industry Council and local organizations.
