​함정 MRO 혁신을 위한 금속 3D프린팅 기술, 에이엠솔루션즈 사례 발표

에이엠솔루션즈는 2026년 5월 20일 서울 디캠프 마포에서 개최된 「대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 발전을 위한 함정분야 중소ㆍ스타트업 우수기술 피칭데이」에 참석하였습니다.
 
에이엠솔루션즈의 김대중 대표이사는 “함정용 부품 3D프린팅 유지보수”를 주제로 발표를 진행하였으며, 부품 MRO를 중심으로 고객 맞춤형 DED 기반 금속 적층제조 통합 솔루션을 소개하였습니다.
 
특히 Meltio의 Laser Wire DED 기술을 활용한 해병대 군수단 보수 사례와 RAMLAB의 Arc Wire DED 기술 기반 수력발전 Pelton Bucket 자동화 수리 사례를 소개하며, 금속 적층제조 기술의 실제 유지보수 적용성과 산업 활용 가능성을 공유하였습니다.
 
앞으로도 첨단 적층제조 기술을 바탕으로 K-방산, 조선해양 및 첨단 산업 분야의 혁신 가치를 지속적으로 만들어가겠습니다.
 

Metal 3D Printing Technology for Naval MRO Innovation

 
AM Solutions participated in the “Excellent Technology Pitching Day for SMEs and Startups in the Naval Defense Sector for Shared Growth and Cooperation between Large and Small-Medium Enterprises,” held at D.CAMP Mapo in Seoul on May 20, 2026.

CEO of AM Solutions delivered a presentation titled “3D Printing Maintenance for Naval Parts,” introducing customer-tailored DED-based metal additive manufacturing integrated solutions focused on component MRO applications.

In particular, the presentation highlighted a maintenance case for the Marine Corps Logistics Group utilizing Meltio’s Laser Wire DED technology, as well as an automated repair case for a hydroelectric Pelton Bucket using RAMLAB’s Arc Wire DED technology.

These cases demonstrated the practical applicability and industrial potential of metal additive manufacturing technologies for maintenance and repair operations.
