에이엠솔루션즈, 한국선급(KR) 적층제조 보수기술 제조법 인증 획득

2026년 7월 28일, 에이엠솔루션즈는 선박·잠수함 구조물의 레이저 와이어 기반 적층제조(LW-DED) 보수기술 제조법​에 대해 한국선급(KR) 인증을 획득했습니다.

이를 기념하여 에이엠솔루션즈 적층제조센터에서 인증 수여식을 개최했으며, 한국선급(Korean Register (KR))을 비롯해 대한민국 해군, 한국생산기술연구원 3D프린팅제조혁신센터(KITECH KAMIC), 대전광역시, 대전테크노파크 등 주요 관계자분들께서 참석해 자리를 함께해 주셨습니다.

이번 인증은 금속 적층제조 기술을 활용한 손상 구조물 복원 공정의 안전성과 신뢰성을 공식적으로 검증받았다는 점에서 의미 있는 성과입니다.

에이엠솔루션즈는 이번 인증을 기반으로 조선·방산 분야에서 적층제조 기술의 산업 적용 범위를 확대하고, 유지보수 및 부품 수명 연장을 위한 새로운 제조 솔루션을 지속적으로 발전시켜 나가겠습니다.

AM Solutions Receives Korean Register (KR) Manufacturing Method Certification for Additive Manufacturing Repair Technology

On July 28, 2026, AM Solutions received certification from the Korean Register (KR) for the manufacturing method of a Laser Wire-based Directed Energy Deposition (LW-DED) repair technology for ship and submarine structures.

To commemorate this achievement, an award ceremony was held at the AM Solutions Additive Manufacturing Center. The event was attended by key representatives from the Korean Register (KR), the Republic of Korea Navy, the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH), Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon Technopark, and other related organizations.

This certification is a significant achievement, as it officially validates the safety and reliability of the repair process for damaged structures using metal additive manufacturing technology.

Based on this certification, AM Solutions will continue to expand the industrial applications of additive manufacturing technology in the shipbuilding and defense sectors, while continuously developing advanced manufacturing solutions for maintenance, repair, and extending the service life of components.
