AM Solutions, Powder DED 내경 코팅 기술 개발

에이엠솔루션즈는 자체 개발한 Powder DED 기술을 활용하여 Steel 모재의 내면에 Inconel 625를 적층하는 코팅 기술을 구현했습니다.

Ø100 mm 내경을 대상으로 Inconel 625 내면 코팅을 성공적으로 수행했습니다.

본 기술은 기존 부품의 재사용과 수명 연장, 유지보수 비용 절감에 기여할 수 있으며, 해양산업, 석유화학, 발전·에너지, 산업용 기계 분야 등 다양한 산업 분야에 적용될 것으로 기대됩니다.

AM Solutions Develops Internal Coating Technology Using Powder DED

AM Solutions has successfully developed an internal coating technology using its in-house Powder DED technology to deposit Inconel 625 onto the inner surface of a steel substrate.

We have successfully performed Inconel 625 internal coating on a component with an inner diameter of Ø100 mm.

This technology is expected to contribute to the reuse of existing components, extension of service life, and reduction of maintenance costs, with potential applications across various industries, including marine, petrochemical, power generation and energy, and industrial machinery.
